Do you take my insurance?

We participate with most major insurances: AETNA, BS FEDERAL, CHILD HEALTH PLUS,CIGNA, EXCELLUS BC/BS, FIDELIS, FIRST HEALTH,GEHA, GHI/EMBLEM HEALTH, HMO BLUE OPTION, MEDICAID, MVP,PHCS,

Can I request my favorite provider?

Yes…and no. For routine, scheduled visits, we are usually able to honor that request. However, for acute same day sick visits, your preferred provider may not have availability. We think it is a good idea to get to know everyone in the practice so that your child feels comfortable with all of our providers. We think they are all pretty fantastic!

What if I can’t make it?

Life happens! In order to keep things running smoothly, please reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time in order to avoid a no-show fee. This gives us time to offer the appointment to someone else who needs it. If you are more than 10 minute late, you will be considered a no-show. We will do our best to offer the next available appointment.
