PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT (FULL TIME)
We are currently looking for a PA to come join our team. Pediatric Associates of Watertown has been providing healthcare services to children for over 65 years. Our team of pediatricians provides comprehensive care for children from birth to adulthood in a friendly and welcoming environment.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physician Assistant. The Physician Assistant will work in collaboration with our pediatricians to provide medical care for children. Their day-to-day tasks will include performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, and providing counseling on healthy lifestyle choices. The Physician Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and communicating with other healthcare providers regarding patient care.

Qualifications
Excellent medical knowledge and clinical skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with physicians
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both patients and colleagues
Ability to think critically and make decisions independently
Current NY state Physician Assistant License
Current BLS Certification
Prior experience working in a pediatric setting is a plus
Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
