Hi moms and dads! Welcome. As a mom of three who has been through quite a few military moves, I know how hard it can be to find the right pediatric home for your family. I am confident you will find what you are looking for here at Pediatric Associates. Our nurses, doctors, and office staff all love our jobs...and it shows! We love our patients, and always take the time to create a fun and nurturing atmosphere where kids feel calm and safe. We pride ourselves on listening, truly listening, to your concerns. Very friendly and caring staff! We see Dr. Oliva and she never makes you feel rushed. They always get my daughter in the same day when she is sick. Would highly recommend to others.

My kids and I love it there. They are always very helpful and the staff is kind.
My kiddos see Katie and I haven’t felt this comfortable with a provider for my kids before so that’s great! But all the providers are awesome! Plus they have cute little play areas. The staff is also always very uplifting and helpful.

I couldn’t possibly recommend this place more. My daughter has been sick back to back since starting daycare, and they are ALWAYS able to get her an appointment same day. We have seen a few different providers here, and every single one, including all of the nurses have such amazing energy, and you can tell that they actually care about their patients and love their job. I feel so safe knowing that my daughters health is in such good hands.

I looked for months to find the perfect pediatrician for my son while pregnant- I decided on this place. My son is now 9mos and I do not regret my decision! They are always fast yet efficient, always addressing any concerns I may have in a reassuring manner. They too have answered any questions I had via phone in a prompt manner while also providing same day care/services in needed circumstances, which as a first time mom is beyond appreciated. My son has adored all the staff especially Dr.McGregor, I highly recommend this place!

I absolutely love Pediatric Associates! I have 3 young children and have always had a great experience taking them here. Whenever I go in with a concern about one of my kids Dr Oliva takes me very seriously. She is never dismissive and always listens to everything I have to say. Dr Oliva takes her time with each visit and you never feel as though you are rushed along. You leave the office having all of your questions answered. I can tell that she truly cares about all of her patients. My kids all love Dr Oliva! She really just gets how kids work and caters to their individual needs. The North Country is truly blessed to have such an incredibly caring Doctor taking care of our kids!
The rest of the staff is equally as wonderful from the front desk staff to the nurses to the Physician Assistants! Everyone makes it a very personalized and stress free experience! I will never take my kids anywhere else, I really trust Pediatric Associates!

Best pediatricians and friendliest staff in Watertown. Always get appointments when needed. Always super kind. Dr. Oliva is highly trained and our primary doc. Do your own research. Don't just trust reviews because where someone was trained and how they graduated (with distinction from Georgetown Univ. School of Medicine, for Dr. Oliva, for example) is what counts for your own child.
